Deposits :: If the reservation is made via the internet, we require a valid credit card to complete the reservation, and a $50 deposit per day per room will be charged.

Taxes :: New York State requires that an 8 % sales tax be charged.  No additional bed tax is applicable.

Cancellation & Shortened Stay Policies ::  Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival.   A $10 administrative cancellation fee is applicable.  If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, then the full room rate plus sales tax is due.  If another party reserves the room, then the deposits will be returned, less a $25 administrative fee.

Pets :: Bellinger Rose Bed & Breakfast regrets that they cannot accept pets.

Smoking :: Bellinger Rose Bed & Breakfast is a nonsmoking bed and breakfast. Smoking is permitted only in designated outside areas.

Additional Amenities By Request :: Bellinger Rose Bed & Breakfast would be happy to add a bouquet of roses, and/or a  bottle of wine or champagne, at a nominal additional charge.
